Brett has more than 12 years commercial and professional accountancy experience. He has specialised in Structuring, Strategy and Valuation. He commenced his career spending five years with Price Waterhouse, has worked in senior management roles across Audit, Business Services and Corporate Finance as well as developing a number of his own business interests in property, publishing and management services.

Brett has developed expertise in assisting individuals and families that own private businesses, whether early stage or mature, and has particular expertise in the property, contracting, management services and education industries.

Brett is the best selling author of two books, 'Collective Wisdom' Prominent Australians on Success and the Future and 'Universal Wisdom', Finding Answers to Life's Ultimate Questions www.brettkelly.com.au. He is an accomplished speaker having twice addressed the National Press Club of Australia (1998 with Senator Natasha Stott Despoja; 2005 with Malcolm Turnbull MP) as well as hundreds of youth, community and corporate groups.

Brett is married to Rebecca and they have a young son, Thomas. Brett's interests include reading, all sports especially snow skiing, fine arts and study (he is currently completing an MA in Philosophy and a Grad. Cert in Applied Finance and Investment).

Rex Hoeben has more than 30 years experience. He began his career in accountancy with Coopers and Lybrand. Then for more than 22 of those years he developed and grew the former mid tier accountancy practice Pritchard Adams.

Rex’s specific expertise is in the areas of providing trusted advice to accomplished individuals and companies involved is a range of endeavours.

Rex is married to Julie and they have adult children, John, Sam and Claudia. His interests include golf, family and collectibles.

Craig Bullock

Craig has more than 10 years professional accountancy experience. He has specialised in Taxation, Accounting Assistance and Structuring.

Craig is married to Jodie and they have three young children, Isaac, Khia and Joshua. Craig's interests include snow skiing, all sports and study (he is currently completing a Grad. Cert in Applied Finance and Investment).

Ray has more than 22 years experience in accounting, taxation and financial planning. He specialises in providing strategic financial advice to individuals, families and businesses having run his own successful financial services practice for many years.

Prior to settling in Australia, Ray held senior financial and operating management positions in Texas Instruments and Xerox Corporation. He is a Certified Financial Planner, Certified Practising Accountant and Registered Tax Agent. He has contributed articles to Business Review Weekly and CCH publications.

Ray has two adult children, Antony and Kate and with his partner Margie they share a passion for keeping fit and travel.

David Simmons

David has more than thirty years of banking, commercial and professional accounting experience. His retail and commercial banking experience included management accounting, risk management and insurance. More recently, David has been helping small business clients maximize their potential with accounting, tax and business direction.

He holds a Bachelor of Business, is a member of the Australian Society of CPAs and is an associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries.

David enjoys competitive sport including rowing and running. He has rowed at national level and completed several marathons. His community involvement includes surf life saving. David is married with adult children.
