MERGERS
Effective 1 July 2007 we are pleased to announce the merger into KELLY + PARTNERS of
- the practice of Mr Rex Hoeben out of Pritchard Adams; and
- Nexus Financial Group, operated by Mr Ray Rypma and Mr David Simmons.
NEW APPOINTMENTS
The firm is pleased to announce the following senior appointments:
Senior Client Director
Rex Hoeben
Rex has more than 30 years experience. He began his career in accountancy with Coopers and Lybrand.
Then for more than 22 of those years he developed and grew the former mid tier accountancy practice Pritchard Adams.

Ray Rypma
Ray has more than 22 years experience in accounting, taxation and financial planning.
He specialises in providing strategic financial advice to individuals, families and businesses, having run his own successful financial services practice for many years.

Client Director
Ada Poon
Ada has more than 6 years professional accountancy experience.
She has specialised in Outsourced Finance Department provision, Personal and Business Compliance, Taxation and Structuring.

David Simmons
David has more than thirty years of banking, commercial and professional accounting experience. His retail and commercial banking experience included management accounting, risk management and insurance.
More recently, David has been helping small business clients maximize their potential with accounting, tax and business direction.

NEW CAPABILITIES – Audit & Financial Planning
Mr Rex Hoeben is a Registered Company Auditor and will lead the firm’s growing audit division specialising in property (strata, outgoing and trust account) and small to medium sized company auditing.
Mr Ray Rypma has been a Certified Financial Planner for more than 15 years, and has been appointed to head up the firm's Financial Services division.

Due to the tremendous demand for the firm’s integrated business and personal financial advice solutions, unprecedented growth has been achieved, enabling a higher level of service to clients.
The firm now employs 28 people in North Sydney and 7 people in Erina; and is expected to feature in this year's listing of Top 100 Accounting Firms (by size) in BRW magazine.
