Over the past 26 years Bruce has developed a reputation as a leading adviser in relation to taxation and business operations within a broad range of businesses including the rural and real estate industries.

He has developed a reputation as a Capital Gains Tax adviser, especially on the new small business retirement benefit options for business owners. Bruce is a keen advocate of real estate and superannuation investments as avenues to help business owners prepare for a comfortable retirement.

Bruce was previously a specialist lecturer at the University of Western Sydney and worked for many years with the Real Estate Institute of New South Wales in the development of Licensing education courses. Bruce also acted as a Specialist Lecturer in the Institute's Licensing Courses and their Professional Development Programs.

Bruce presents Management Seminars and Taxation Briefings at Conferences across Australia.

Bruce regularly publishes articles relating to the real estate industry in Real Estate Journals and Newspapers across Australia.

Diane Courtman holds an extensive range of qualifications including a Master of Business Administration Degree. Diane has provided accounting and management consulting services to a broad range of industries for the past 26 years and is also well known within the real estate industry.

Diane was a finalist in the prestigious 2000 Telstra Business Women's Awards being a runner up to the well known racing identity Gai Waterhouse in the Business Owners Category. This award recognises the major contribution made by women to business and their broader community.

Diane also presents Management Seminars with a special focus on Human Resource Management and Business Profitability at Conferences across Australia.

As well as her work as a regular conference presenter, Diane has maintained a long association with the University of Western Sydney and was previously a senior Lecturer in the Faculty of Management. For more than five years she played an active role in assisting the Real Estate Insititute of New South Wales to develop their real estate licensing courses and was engaged as a specialist lecturer for the Institute in a broad range of management courses.

Diane has strong analytical skills coupled with extensive management experience. This has enabled her to develop a reputation for being able to assist business owners to identify the key factors that affect their business and to design and help them implement strategies to maximise the profitability of their businesses.

Brett has more than 12 years commercial and professional accountancy experience. He has specialised in Structuring, Strategy and Valuation. He commenced his career spending five years with Price Waterhouse, has worked in senior management roles across Audit, Business Services and Corporate Finance as well as developing a number of his own business interests in property, publishing and management services.

Brett has developed expertise in assisting individuals and families that own private businesses, whether early stage or mature, and has particular expertise in the property, contracting, management services and education industries.

Brett is the best selling author of two books, 'Collective Wisdom' Prominent Australians on Success and the Future and 'Universal Wisdom', Finding Answers to Life's Ultimate Questions www.brettkelly.com.au. He is an accomplished speaker having twice addressed the National Press Club of Australia (1998 with Senator Natasha Stott Despoja; 2005 with Malcolm Turnbull MP) as well as hundreds of youth, community and corporate groups.

Brett is married to Rebecca and they have a young son, Thomas. Brett's interests include reading, all sports especially snow skiing, fine arts and study (he is currently completing an MA in Philosophy and a Grad. Cert in Applied Finance and Investment).

Previously Tafizul worked at KPMG Fiji and Boroughs Australia before joining Kelly+Partners. Tafizul lives locally in Western Sydney and enjoys riding motorcycles and fishing.
