Kelly+Partners Private Wealth has launched the BlueCore Model Portfolios - a new suite of actively managed portfolio solutions that form the foundation of our ‘Core Satellite’ investment approach for clients.

 

The BlueCore models encompass three distinct portfolios:

  1. Income Model – Focuses on income generation

  2. Balanced Model – A balance between income & capital appreciation

  3. Growth Model – Emphasis placed on capital appreciation

Developed in partnership with Resonant Asset Management, a boutique Australian based investment manager specialising in multi-asset and multi-manager portfolio development, means we can draw on a significant amount of combined investment market experience, and deliver portfolios constructed using a blend of institution al grade quantitative research and fundamental analysis.

Features of the BlueCore Managed Portfolios

The BlueCore Managed Portfolios are a Separately Managed Account (SMA). This is a type of portfolio structure that means investors maintain beneficial interest in a professionally constructed and transparent managed portfolio.
