Michael Harris has been meeting the accounting needs of our clients from a vast range of industries since joining PinnacleHPC in 2013 as a Graduate Accountant. In July 2019 Michael progressed to Principal status. Michael encompasses a deep understanding of agriculture and retail clients having grown up locally on an irrigated and dryland mixed farming enterprise as well actively co-owning and operating a successful local retail business. Michael is passionate about helping clients solve problems and building successful businesses, whilst giving back to the local community as he currently serves as Finance Director on a number of local boards. He holds a Bachelor of Business, Masters of Professional Accounting and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia and New Zealand (CA), as well as being a Xero Certified Advisor.

Dianne has worked in accounting and finance since 2002 bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to the firm. Dianne has experience in several software packages and is passionate about helping clients get the most out of their software.  She enjoys assisting clients to manage the challenges they face in their businesses and problem solving. Dianne specialises in taxation, assisting clients with their software packages and superannuation funds in both pension and accumulation phase with investments in real estate including water, shares, listed and unlisted trusts.  Dianne works with a variety of clients including farming entities – dry area cropping, irrigated cropping, livestock producers, citrus, nut and grape farmers.  Dianne also works with small business entities including retailers and hospitality businesses, those in the construction industry and consultant businesses.

Yvette works with various clients both locally and interstate as their designated Workplace Relations & Employment Manager overseeing all of their human resource functions by way of providing ongoing advice, training and support to management and employees.
