James Howard CPA Partners with Kelly+Partners

SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA (August 6, 2025) - Kelly+Partners Accountants (ASX:KPG) is pleased to announce a partnership with James Howard Accountancy Corporation, a highly respected California-based firm with more than 50 years of experience advising McDonald’s Owner-Operators across the United States.

The partnership marks a significant step in Kelly+Partners’ U.S. expansion, strengthening the firm’s ability to support McDonald’s Owner-Operators across the U.S. With established operations in Florida, North Carolina, and now California, Kelly+Partners now services approximately 8% of McDonald’s franchisees in the U.S. and 10% in Australia.

James Howard Accountancy Corporation, led by Partners James Howard, Ryan Howard, and Sheila Berman, will join the Kelly+Partners network under the name KellyPartners+JamesHoward, bringing deep expertise and longstanding client relationships to the firm’s expanding U.S. presence.
