"People do work hard if you have your own business because if you're passionate about what you do, it's not really hard work, it's about what you need to do to get the job done and you have a vision" 

In the episode, Collette shares her insights into the world of high fashion and design and talks about her experiences pivoting her business.

"You're always stressed, but it has to be a good stress. I actually find that I work best under stress, because I'm multi-tasking"
